vm916 reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at any time to verify your identity, age, residential address, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds until compliance is achieved.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party or allow others to access your account. vm916 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify our customer support team and change your password.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. You must regularly review your account transaction history and betting activity. Any unauthorized transactions, suspicious activity, or discrepancies must be reported to vm916 customer support within 48 hours of occurrence. Delayed reporting may limit our ability to investigate and resolve disputes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:
vm916 accepts deposits via Indonesian banking channels including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
Deposits are typically processed instantly and credited to your account balance within 2-5 minutes. In rare cases involving payment provider delays or technical issues, deposits may take up to 24 hours to appear. If your deposit has not been credited within 24 hours, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
You must use only payment methods registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not bearing your name, or anonymous payment methods are prohibited. vm916 reserves the right to reject deposits or void winnings derived from unauthorized payment sources. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, conversion will be performed by your bank or payment provider at their applicable exchange rate. vm916 is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations.
To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified through our KYC process. You must withdraw funds to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name matching your vm916 account registration. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). There is no maximum withdrawal limit, though large withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 may require additional verification.
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 2-24 hours, depending on account verification status and transaction volume. VIP tier members receive priority processing with expedited timeframes. Withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts typically arrive within 1-3 business hours after processing. E-wallet withdrawals are usually instantaneous after processing approval.
Before withdrawing deposited funds or any associated bonuses, you must meet minimum wagering requirements. Deposit amounts must be wagered at least one time (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement prevents money laundering and applies to all deposits regardless of whether a bonus was claimed. By creating an account, you consent to receive promotional communications from vm916 via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and platform notifications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. However, you cannot opt out of essential service communications regarding your account, transactions, or security.
All sports bets are subject to vm916's sports betting rules, which cover bet settlement, postponed or canceled events, abandoned matches, void outcomes, and dispute resolution procedures. In the event of obvious errors in odds (palpable errors), vm916 reserves the right to void affected bets or settle them at corrected odds. The vm916 platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. vm916 disclaims all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the platform will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be free from errors or harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, vm916 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform or services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if vm916 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any event, vm916's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or Rp 10,000,000 (ten million Indonesian Rupiah), whichever is less.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting permanent account closure. Before closure, you must withdraw all available balance and settle any outstanding bets. Accounts with pending bonus wagering requirements or active disputes cannot be closed until those matters are resolved. Voluntary account closure is permanent and irreversible.
vm916 reserves the right to suspend accounts temporarily pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or resolution of payment disputes. During suspension, you cannot place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Accounts remain suspended until verification or investigation concludes satisfactorily.
vm916 may immediately terminate or permanently close your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms & Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, provide false information, abuse bonuses, use prohibited software, or conduct any activity that violates our rules or applicable law. Upon termination for breach, any account balance may be forfeited, pending bets voided, and you will be permanently barred from creating new accounts or accessing vm916 services.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposits, or bets) for a continuous period exceeding 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to monthly inactivity fees or administrative charges. To reactivate a dormant account, contact customer support and complete any required re-verification procedures.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of vm916 services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. Provide detailed information about your complaint including account details, transaction references, timestamps, and supporting evidence. All content on the vm916 platform including software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, video, and user interface designs are the exclusive property of vm916 or our licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. The vm916 name, logo, and all related marks are registered trademarks. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal gambling entertainment only.
You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works, publicly displaying, transmitting, or otherwise exploiting any content from the platform without explicit written permission from vm916. Unauthorized use of vm916 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
